Recognizing the challenges of coordinating humanitarian aid to Ukraine, Plast USA has launched a new website, Ukraine911.org to match requests from Ukraine with available resources in the U.S.

Through Ukraine911.org, Ukrainian military, civilian hospitals, and other organizations can post high-priority equipment and supply requests. A dedicated Plast team in the USA will monitor and match requests with available equipment and supplies with organizations in the United States. Plast’s logistics team will track procured equipment and supplies which require transport, and arrange for delivery to where they are needed most. Multiple secure routes and means of transport have already been established and will be expanded as the situation on the ground changes.

The site is still evolving, working towards increasing efficiencies in responding to current and anticipated needs and the availability of medical resources.

The website is the brainchild of Dr. Dan Olesnicky, a long-time Plast member and combat physician. Technical website expertise is provided by Ron Bautista and Taras Glum.
